Where will I be staying?
Retreat accommodations are held at the Golden Hill Retreat Center. You will enjoy a deeply restorative environment designed for nervous system regulation. A private sanctuary upgrade is available for those desiring solitary space.
Which airport should I fly into?
Houston has two airports - IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) and Hobby. Most airlines fly into IAH whereas Hobby is the hub for Southwest.
Driving ETA (excluding traffic) to Gold Hill -
IAH - 55 min.
Hobby - 1 hour 20 min.
If you are flying in and choosing not to rent a car, please let us know so we can coordinate a carpool.
Are food accommodations available?
All meals are thoughtfully prepared to nourish your body and support the deep work we are doing. We accommodate dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free, and specific allergies. Please note these in your application.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to support your journey. You can select your preferred payment structure to ensure this experience remains accessible.
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable, earthy clothing for movement that you wouldn't mind if it got dirty, a journal, a refillable water bottle, a swimsuit and an open heart. A comprehensive packing list will be shared with you well before the retreat.
Do I need prior retreat experience?
No prior experience is necessary. This space is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether this is your first immersion or you are deeply experienced in transformational work, you will be guided safely.
How is emotional safety maintained?
Emotional safety is our highest priority. The container is held with intentional care, deep presence, and grounded nervous system support, ensuring you can soften and process at your own pace.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the intimate nature of this immersion, spaces are strictly limited. All deposits are non-refundable. Detailed cancellation terms and transfer options are provided in the application agreement.
